What Does a Consultation involve?

  • Initial questionnaire to target the key areas you want to improve
  • 40 minute personal online consultation
  • Optional written ​Action Plan summarising what you can do and how to do it to improve your health and environment

How can I help you?

When you book your consultation I will give you a questionnaire so you can identify key areas of concern or any general areas you would like to focus on during the consultation. This will help us use the session as efficiently as possible. We might look in detail at one room like a bedroom and how to make it a healthier healing space, or we could look at  general issues that might be affecting your lifestyle. This could be things like mould, formaldehyde, digital devices, or specific areas of concern like healthy decorating and furnishings.  If you prefer, we can focus on key symptoms like how to get a better night's sleep or how to support your immune and detoxification systems. If you are aware of a specific issue we will troubleshoot the cause and what can be done about it.

After the session I can email you a personal Action Plan summarising the areas and strategies we have discussed so you know how to move forward and what you can do next.  You will come away knowing how to make your home or workplace a healthier environment with strategies to improve your wellbeing.
