Personal wellness sessions last just over an hour. Most of the time we will simply be talking through various exercises to remember what you like doing and what your ideal life would look like. Then we'll begin to work through any problems and emotional blocks that might be getting in the way. Everyone carries some trauma and emotional luggage, so we'll use a range of strategies to release these. We'll work with a range of techniques including tapping on acupressure points, energy release statements and angelic healing. The healing does not involve any touch, and is simply directing energy at the particular frequency you need. No belief is necessary, and all you need to do is sit! Some people report feeling relaxed, warm or tingly, while others don't feel anything at all, it doesn't matter. We can discuss practical changes you can make to your home to improve your wellbeing, help you get a better night's sleep and support your immune system. Wellness consultations are now online.
