What's the point of a Vision Board?
When we consciously think about what we want in our lives, we can focus on the practical steps to start making those changes. A vision board is a collection of images stuck onto a piece of card, paper, a notebook or a digital screen. Placing the collage somewhere where you will see it often (other people don't need to see it!) will inspire you to keep moving forward to make the changes you want in your life. It will help you to focus on the next steps towards a life you love. This workshop will help you:

Book now and you'll receive 2 beautiful art journal pages to use during the workshop. Either print them out to write on, or copy them to your digital device.
The workshop will begin with a guided visualisation to ground you and help you think about what you want your future to look like. You will be guided though questions and prompts to remember your dreams and goals. Then we’ll use magazines and pictures to create a collage to inspire you for the year ahead. You’ll need: magazines to cut up, glue scissors, paper and pen OR create a digital collage on your tablet or laptop.
It doesn’t matter what your current circumstances are, this process is designed to help you move forward with confidence to get the life you want.

Will we need to talk about our vision boards or show them?
No. I will talk through the prompts with you, and guide you through each process. You can ask questions and share your thoughts. or simply concentrate on your own ideas by yourself. Work in whatever way is more comfortable for you. Is a Vision board just about pictures? It can include pictures, symbols, words and quotes—anything that resonates with you or appeals or speaks to you. How do I join the session?
