How it Works


Journalling allows us to see our problems with more clarity and get new perspectives on things that are happening in our life. Research suggests regular journalling can strengthen immune cells*. And if you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health & memory.

Journal Together


When life is busy it can be hard to find time for yourself, and all too easy to get caught up in other people's dramas. By setting a time to journal together we make time to stop and refocus on ourselves. No-one will read your journal and you don't have to discuss anything. Knowing that we're all writing at the same time is a tremendously powerful experience that helps us transform ourselves into the people we want to be, living our best lives.

All sessions are emailed to you so you can keep them and join in whenever it's convenient.

You can download the art pages to print out and write on, or use them as a background on your digital device.

What Happens?


Sign up for the Creative Journalling group and every 2 weeks I'll email you 2 handpainted pages for your journal collection. Then join me live every fortnight for a step-by-step guide through the journalling prompts and questions to help you explore your feelings and focus on achieving your goals. You can access the recordings at any time. These half-hour sessions are designed to help you develop the confidence to start accessing your thoughts and start writing. You can continue writing after the session.
