What's the best way to journal?
The journalling session comprises of questions, prompts and writing games designed to help you reconnect with your inner voice, the intuition that knows what you need in order to feel loved and nurtured. Don't worry if you've never journalled before, all you need is a pen and paper.
How long will it take?
Each journal session lasts 20 minutes and ends with a prompt that will enable you to keep writing if you want more. This will be a recorded session so you can fit it in whenever suits you. For example when you wake up, before you go to bed, or as part of your meditation routine. We'll also meet for one hour on Friday evening for a group discussion. All sessions are recorded so if you can't make them live, you can join in anytime. The course will run for 3 weeks.
What do the group sessions involve?
We'll talk about any themes that popped up during our journalling sessions during the week. You don't need to share your journal, and no-one will ask to see it, so what you write is specifically for you. However I usually find that we are all working through similar issues so working as a group can give us insights as to how to work through our own blocks. During each session you'll discover what is holding you back from achieving the life you want. We'll talk about practical goals to help you move forward. Angelic healing frequencies will be present through out the session. Throughout the course we will also explore the support you can receive from your animal guides.
