Who is Nicki?
With over 20 years experience as a teacher, healer and spiritual life coach, Nicki is an expert in low-tox living and wellness, and is an artist and poet passionate about helping people rediscover their creativity and dreams. 
In 2000, she founded a national charity to help people recover from environmental illness. Having made a significant recovery from  severe CFS , MCS and PTSD herself,  she got her life back and now runs regular wellness events to empower people to  live a life they love.  In 2022 she trained with  Suara Sound Academy to became an accredited Sound Practitioner, and founded the Creative Healing Club to help people unlock their creativity and make their dreams a reality.
Nicki has worked with angel frequencies for many years and loves the angelic sense of humour. She is  an animal communicator, a student/teacher of A Course in Miracles and a big fan of Abraham-Hicks. To find out about the events she's running this month, subscribe to her newsletter HERE.

It was a very meditative experience and I felt cushioned by the sound. I experienced a brightness behind the eyelids in resonance with the vibrations, I enjoyed the vibrations travelling through my body when the forks were placed on reflexology points.
I came to the session as a non-spiritual person, but I did feel ‘butterflies’ in my stomach. I found the experience very refreshing and invigorating. Normally I fall asleep everywhere, but I didn’t at all, even though I was really relaxed. I feel more energised now and enjoyed visualising the colours during the colour-washing exercise at the end. It was a pleasurable experience to be surrounded by the vibrations of the sounds, it felt like I was smiling inside. I found the whole experience pleasant and nurturing, cocooned in the ether, in a warm universe. I would recommend it for people who might need to centre themselves and stop spinning, to experience some stillness and live in the now.
